HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

The selection process is extremely demanding and designed to identify candidates who meet the specifications defined by each client, requiring us to evaluate the technical and personal qualifications of each candidate, which include:

Communications skills (vocal and verbal expression);
Keyboard skills including quality and speed of data entry, quantifying reaction times from receiving information to inputing data into the ISV testing system;
Performance in group exercises and work simulations;
Attitude to work and degree of commitment.

The ISV tests, developed in Great Britain and adapted for use by RH Internacional, simulate call center work environment and are applied during the selection processes. They include the following modules:

Assessment of simultaneous listening and data input abilities;
Quantify the speed and quality of data entry;
Evaluate the degree of concentration (memory span);
