Fast Path Tests
RHI uses skills and knowledge tests, together with interviewing techniques, to evaluate and identify the most qualified candidates within the selection processes. Fast Path, a modern testing system developed in Great Britain and adapted for use in Brazilian Portuguese for RHI, facilitates the evaluation of candidates in the following areas of expertise:

Microsoft Office 2003 – Word, Excel and Outlook
Interactive simulations in the practical use of these applications, measuring capabilities at different levels of competence.

Call Center
Simulations for operators attending calls, measuring their listening and keying-in-data skills, also calculates productivity (keystrokes/hour), quality and reaction times.

General Evaluation – Aptitudes and Logical Reasoning
Varied exercises including mathematics, grammar, visual comparisons and synonyms to test speed and logical reasoning.

Languages – Spanish, English and Portugues
Vocabulary and grammar.

Skills – Accounting, Personnel Administration and Mathematics
Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting, labor legislation and mathematical equations.

Some characteristics of Fast Path:

  • Tests can be applied in any location, via links supplied by RHI, to any PC with an Internet connection;

  • New tests can be created to meet specific client needs, with varying degrees of difficulty: basic, intermediary and advanced;

  • Questions are sorted in random order, preventing candidates from copying answers;

  • Results reports with test scores are generated automatically; reports can also rank candidates scores within groups.
