This web-based system includes the following features:

Electronic communication between RH Internacional, the Clients and Candidates;

Integration with the candidate data bank, which is constantly updated with some 10,000 registrations per month, and can be accessed by all RH Internacional branches; a series of filters and parameters facilitates and accelerates searches;

Issue of Order Confirmations to clients, formalizing requests and validating the specifications of candidate searches;

Client access to the system via internet, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their recruiting and selection processes;

Preparation of candidate presentations and evaluation reports for clients, including test results, etc. This resource facilitates the preparation of paper work and accelerates the recruiting and selection process.
