For what levels of position does your company provide recruiting and selection services?
We have divisions which attend different market segments, from student workers, professional staff and up to and including middle management. We are structured to recruit large groups of personnel, also specialized professionals.

What are the sources of candidates for your searches?
After analysing the job profiles with the client, our recruiters resort to different sources, such as their candidate data bank, which receives >10,000 new registrations every month, headhunting in the case of more complex positions, as well as networking.

What is the average time a client should expect to wait before the presentation of qualified candidates?
This period varies according to the complexity of each job, but on average we work on the following: for administrative and operational positions, 5 to 10 days; for supervisors or specialized professionals, 15 to 20 days; for management level positions, 30 to 40 dias. In all cases, these periods are from the definition of the job/candidate profiles.

We service > 200 clients in a variety of business segments, the majority being medium to large sized companies. Additionally, we work with many small firms who do not possess HR departments.

RH Internacional is a subsidiary of the Dutch group Randstad, the second largest international company for recruiting and selection of professional staff, with 5.400 branch offices in 53 countries in Europe, North America, South America (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Mexico), Australia and the Far East.
